Originally from the small community of Albany, Minnesota, Jake Overman always knew that he wanted to get involved in a career that would allow him to make a significant impact on those around him.  With Jake's background of economics and finance that he attained at local Saint John's University, he took a position as a Northwestern Mutual Financial Network Representative in 2005 as a college intern so that he could start attaining his goal of  helping others. 

Now a full-time representative with the Columns Resource Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Jake Overman continues to financially impact his clients by assisting them with their risk management and wealth accumulation goals.  In addition, Jake is the College Unit Director for the St. Cloud office.  In this role, Jake is providing the opportunity for young college students to grow personally and professionally as they help others with their financial goals.
